La<strong> cobertura SSM<\/strong> (Seguridad, Salud, Medio ambiente) de un transbordo constituye una <strong>obligaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, por lo que, en caso de cualquier incidentes o accidentes, puede quedar sujeto a la consiguiente<strong> responsabilidad penal<\/strong> y sufrir importantes<strong> p\u00e9rdidas financieras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #eb7f21;\"><strong>Compromisos 4SA<\/strong> : <\/span>perfectamente conscientes del grado de responsabilidad exigido para esta obligaci\u00f3n, confiamos esta tarea a <strong>oficiales SSM experimentados<\/strong> procedentes de la marina mercante y que han sido formados por nosotros en nuestros procedimientos de control protocolizados de principio a fin. En 4SA, estos oficiales reciben el nombre de<strong> TSO<\/strong> (oficial de seguridad de la terminal, <em>Terminal Safety Officer<\/em>).<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prestation s\u00e9curit\u00e9 4SA, \u00ab  couverture SSE des transbordements \u00bb<\/h5>\n<blockquote class=\"pullquote alignleft\"><p>En 4SA, los TSO responsables de estas operaciones asumen asimismo las competencias de Loading Master y de Superintendente&#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Su TSO de 4SA interviene en los acuerdos de transbordo, establece dispositivos de transferencia seguros, garantiza el seguimiento <strong>en paralelo<\/strong> (tubos, presiones, compatibilidades de productos, mejores pr\u00e1cticas\u2026) y <strong>controla de forma concreta y regular todos los puntos de la <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4sa.fr\/es\/glosario\/\"><strong>lista de verificaci\u00f3n de seguridad de transferencia entre buques o STSSCL<\/strong><\/a> (<em>Ship to Ship Tranfer Safety Check-List<\/em>) para garantizar la m\u00e1xima seguridad.
