Esta <strong>cobertura SSM <\/strong>es de hecho <strong>obligatoria<\/strong>. En caso de cualquier evento (accidente, contaminaci\u00f3n\u2026), puede quedar sujeto a la consiguiente<strong> responsabilidad penal<\/strong> y sufrir importantes<strong> p\u00e9rdidas financieras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #eb7f21;\"><strong>Compromisos 4SA <\/strong>: <\/span>perfectamente conscientes del grado de responsabilidad exigido para esta obligaci\u00f3n, confiamos esta tarea a <strong>oficiales SSM experimentados<\/strong> procedentes de la marina mercante y que han sido formados por nosotros en nuestros procedimientos de control protocolizados de principio a fin. En 4SA, estos oficiales reciben el nombre de<strong> TSO<\/strong> (oficial de seguridad de la terminal, <em>Terminal Safety Officer<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #eb7f21;\"><strong>Resultado <\/strong>: <\/span>en 10 a\u00f1os,<strong> los riesgos graves potenciales o probados han disminuido de 23 a 2 al mes <\/strong>en nuestras zonas de intervenci\u00f3n. <u>(Lien courbe)<\/u><\/p>\n<h5>Prestaci\u00f3n de seguridad 4SA: cobertura SSM de escalas<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El TSO de 4SA que le representa en la operaci\u00f3n interviene <strong>en paralelo<\/strong> durante toda la escala para prevenir incidentes o accidentes (intoxicaci\u00f3n, explosi\u00f3n, contaminaci\u00f3n\u2026).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con un perfecto ingl\u00e9s mar\u00edtimo y comercial, asume su responsabilidad en los acuerdos de seguridad buque-tierra. Sus competencias le permiten ofrecer un amplio abanico de propuestas a representantes de la terminal y del buque en materia de seguridad. <strong>Comprueba de forma concreta y regular todos los puntos de la <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4sa.fr\/es\/glosario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>lista de verificaci\u00f3n de seguridad buque-tierra o SSSCL<\/strong><\/a> (<em>Ship Shore Safety Check-List<\/em>) para garantizar la m\u00e1xima seguridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-791\" src=\"https:\/\/www.4sa.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/securite-descale-sse.jpg\" alt=\"S\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019escale\" width=\"690\" height=\"280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.4sa.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/securite-descale-sse.jpg 690w, https:\/\/www.4sa.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/securite-descale-sse-300x122.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 690px) 100vw, 690px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En caso de desajuste en los par\u00e1metros de seguridad, puede interrumpir inmediatamente la operaci\u00f3n hasta que \u2013con su ayuda\u2013 se vuelva a restablecer el nivel de seguridad requerido.
